The spirit of Christmas with Santa Claus and thousands of gifts for more than 3,500 children arrived in the communities, villages and hamlets of the Sanja Seca and Tibecocha Estates, located in the districts of Nueva Requena and Curimaná, who also enjoyed joyful moments with a children’s show, hot chocolate drink and various games.
The tranquility of the community members and their children in these indigenous settlements was surprised by the joyful Christmas caravan of the Moshi Show with Dalinas and Disney dolls, which arrived singing children’s songs and loaded with boxes of toys to be given to the children to celebrate Christmas.
The children’s shows took place in the community centers and schools of the towns, followed by the classic hot chocolate drink that Ocho Sur prepares for them every year as part of its policy of social responsibility and community relations with its 24 neighboring communities.
In this way, the employees and workers of Ocho Sur, a company dedicated to the sustainable production of palm oil products and by-products in Ucayali, joined the excited parents who watched the children’s show and were happy to see their sons and daughters enjoying themselves.
The palm oil company’s Christmas caravan began last December 7th and will end on December 20th, visiting the towns of La Perla de Sanja Seca, Roca Fuerte, San Juan de Tahuapoa, Naranjal, Esperanza, Unión Progreso, Tres Islas, Sheshea, Nueva Barranca, Nuevo Edén, San Pablo de Juantía, Shuyal, among others, as well as the indigenous communities of Shambo Porvenir, Santa Clara de Uchunya and Kokamas.
In this way, Ocho Sur shares its fervent wishes of peace, love and unity with the families of Ucayali and all of Peru…MERRY CHRISTMAS 2024!…HAPPY NEW YEAR 2025!
