According to the most recent report on High Conservation Value (HCV) Assessment by BioAp, more than 270 different species of fauna have been identified within our reserve areas.

The study reveals that inside our conservation areas, there are 31 distinct types of amphibians, 56 species of reptiles, and 146 species of birds. Additionally, 39 species of mammals can be found.

According to CITES classification, 6 of the species found are considered endangered, and 57 are restricted in trade by Peruvian law; these are further divided into endemic and/or migratory species that utilize our permanent protection areas as their habitat.

We will continue to promote the care and protection of biodiversity in the Amazon Rainforest through raising awareness among all our stakeholders.
