Directoral Resolution issued by the General Directorate of Industrial Environmental Affairs (DGAAMI) of the Ministry of Production (PRODUCE), approving the Semi-Detailed Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA-sd) for the Industrial Oilseeds project submitted by Servicios Agrarios de Pucallpa S.A.C., corresponding to a facility dedicated to the manufacture of crude palm oil and palm kernel oil to be developed in the Naranjal Sector, Nueva Requena district, Coronel Portillo province, Ucayali department. The approval is based on Technical Legal Report N° 01137-2019-PRODUCE/DVMYPE-I/DGAAMI-DEAM and constitutes the Environmental Certification of the project, in accordance with article 43 of the Sectoral Environmental Regulation. The Resolution requires the holder to comply with the commitments contained in the conclusions, recommendations, and annexes of the Technical Legal Report, and orders its notification to the Environmental Assessment and Enforcement Agency (OEFA) for supervisory purposes.
