Director General Resolution issued by the General Directorate of Agrarian Environmental Affairs (DGAAA) of the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (MIDAGRI), approving the Environmental Adjustment and Management Program (PAMA) for the Zanja Seca estate, located in the Curimana and Nueva Requena districts, Padre Abad and Coronel Portillo provinces, Ucayali Region, owned by Ocho Sur U S.A.C. The approval is based on Report N° 0061-2025-MIDAGRI-DVDAFIR/DGAAA-DGAA-HERS and on a procedure that included a public hearing held on February 19, 2025, a field verification visit from June 2 to 6, 2025, favorable technical opinions from the National Water Authority (ANA) and the National Forestry and Wildlife Service (SERFOR), and full resolution of all observations raised during the evaluation. The Resolution requires the holder to strictly comply with the commitments assumed in the PAMA and orders its notification to the Environmental Assessment and Enforcement Agency (OEFA) for supervisory purposes.
