THE CHRISTMAS SPIRIT REACHED THE COMMUNITIES OF NEW REQUENA

23 December, 2021

The Christmas spirit reached the Native Communities and Population Centers of the Zanja Seca and Tibecocha farms, located in the district of Nueva Requena, where hundreds of boys and girls accompanied by their parents enjoyed a joyful and colorful afternoon that included chocolate, games, dances, children’s show and gifts.

The usual tranquility of each of the afternoons in these towns was surprised by a group of Dalinas who entered a caravan led by the friendly Mossi, singing children’s songs followed by their dancing dolls and large packages with toys.

Boys and girls ran to their communal premises to begin the Christmas chocolate that Grupo Ocho Sur had prepared for them, like every year, within the framework of its social responsibility policy with its 23 neighboring communities, under the motto “ We have time to share…with those who need it most!”

In this way, officials and workers of the company dedicated to the sustainable production of oil palm products and derivatives in Ucayali, excitedly joined the show to entertain the sons and daughters of the communities’ residents, who enjoyed an afternoon full of joy.

Boys and girls from the neighboring towns of Ocho Sur participated in these moments of merriment shortly after celebrating Christmas, among which we can mention the Native Communities of Santa Clara de Uchunya, Kokama and Shambo Porvenir.

Likewise, from the Populated Centers of San Juan de Tahuapoa, Los Ángeles, Bajo Rayal, Roca Fuerte, Juantía, Unión Progreso, Esperanza, Bimboya, Caribe and Naranjal, among others.

CHRISTMAS MESSAGE:

May the magic of these Christmas holidays enlighten you and help you achieve all your dreams. We share with you the wishes of a better world, with family, full of peace and hope…MERRY CHRISTMAS!
